Customer, by checking the box ‘terms of purchase’, agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions of purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are permissible if you have been through the entire program and it hasn’t worked for you. Email beingjackbutler1@gmail.com. We will agree any refunds in writing, then please allow up to 14 days for them to be processed.
Our relationship: The nature of our relationship between you and Jack Butler is coaching and training. It is not therapy and does not seek to address the issues which therapy does. Nothing is being offered or solicited of a romantic or sexual nature, and all personal disclosure is entirely voluntary.
Right to terminate: Jack Butler and his team have, at their sole discretion, the right to remove someone from the program. Reasons could include, but are not limited to, participants not behaving in a way which is serving other program members, or a conclusion that the material is not right for you. There will be no refund for time already in the program. If you are on the payment plan, you will not be charged future payments. If you paid in full, we will pro-rata your refund for the time you won't be in the program, considered on a per diem basis. All program access will be terminated.
Indemnity: By signing this agreement, you agree to indemnify Jack Butler, Full Spectrum Living LLC, and all directors, officers, agents, employees and associates thereof (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise. You accept full responsibility for any actions or decisions you take or do not take as a result of being part of this program, and the consequences thereof. You acknowledge that results will vary depending on many factors not limited to but including your personal circumstances, time, energy, resources, willpower, talent and environment.
Media release: by participating in the community, you agree that we have the right to use and re-purpose any materials created including any which include your voice, or you video if you choose to turn on your video, as part of our live calls. All calls will also be archived for active and future members to watch. You may not make recordings of any live call without express written permission from Full Spectrum Living.
